The hosts were attentive, providing transportation and organizing equipment. Charming staff, spacious rooms, excellent food, and great facilities. Tops any 5-star hotel. Will definitely return.

We had an incredible stay at Haldenhof in Lech am Arlberg. The hotel is beautifully renovated in the alpine style and impeccably clean. Our spacious and comfortable junior suite had a lovely balcony. The hotel owners and staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. The food, both dinner and breakfast, was delicious with a great variety of traditional and unconventional dishes. The bar had a fantastic ambiance and a wide selection of cocktails. The central location was convenient, and the wellness area was a perfect place to relax.

The food was absolutely delicious, with a mix of traditional and unconventional dishes. The location is perfect, with easy access to the slopes and a central position. The wellness area was a great place to relax after a day of skiing. I highly recommend this hotel for families, couples, and solo travelers.

A typical Austrian family run hotel. Warm and very friendly staff, always willing to help. The owners are incredibly nice people who do their very best to make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff are wonderful and cannot do enough for you. We met many people who had been to this hotel time and again because its so nice. The menu in the hotel is restricted but the food was superb. If you have a problem with a particular food they are more than willing to accommodate your tastes. We will definitely go again.

We had an absolutely amazing time during our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. The hotel is beautifully decorated with attention to detail and provides enhanced comfort and quality services.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel! The hotel facilities were outstanding, with a lovely spa that had a plunge pool and sauna. The hotel is very close to the town centre and inner village, making it easy to get around. We were also pleased to find that the hotel had parking and was in close proximity to the slopes. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful.

Lived up to its reputation for friendly wonderful staff, and excellent food. Fabulous location, we had a junior suite which was well worth it for the extra space. We were lucky with good hiking weather for 3of our 4 days. Marked shorter walking, jogging, running routes along the river. Food and beer available At the top of most of the high level passes. Very comfortable, the family who run this place have a real mission - if it is your first stay, as ours was, they don't want it to be your last. I suspect they have a high rate of success in that regard.

On the positive aspects, we found the staff very pleasant, the food was good and the hotel well positioned and comfortable.

We stayed half board at the Haldenhof and were told on arrival that our dinner time was between 8.00 and 9.00pm. On our first evening we found on entering the restaurant shortly after 8.00pm, most other guests were close to finishing their meals. By the time our main course arrived all other guests had departed and the waitresses were clearing tables and making them up for breakfast. We felt as though we were second class guests and we would not have booked the hotel had we known in advance their dining policy.

Lech, a truly panoramic wonderland, with 250 km of incredible hiking trails, was the highlight of our trip. We explored the breathtaking surroundings along well-marked paths and indulged in the sensory vibe between humans and nature. The Haldenhof, nestled perfectly in this beautiful region, offered a seamless blend of comfort and adventure. It was a pleasure to recharge our batteries with a variety of activities that catered to the whole family.

For dads, it would be great to have more interactive kids' activities.

During Easter, we stayed at a family-friendly hotel in the Austrian Alps. The room was comfortable and well-furnished. We appreciated the friendly staff who offered useful information about the area. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the village center with a variety of shops and restaurants. The food served at the hotel's restaurant was plentiful and delicious. We loved being able to relax in the spa after a long day of skiing.

The hotel was not as relaxing as we expected it to be. The sounds of children playing in the spa area often disrupted our peaceful relaxation time. Additionally, the spa was kind of small and didn't offer as many amenities as we had hoped. We felt that there could be some improvements made to increase the serenity of the spa. while we enjoyed our stay, we do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a peaceful spa experience during peak times.

Absolutly everything!!! The place is so beautiful, and the family who runs this hotel is more than nice and helpful. They make you feel like at home. Have been there a couple of times, and will go back for sure.

all the staff were like good friends by the time we left. Our room was superb with a lot of thought given to a comfortable stay. The food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was excellent. We could not fault the hotel and location in any way. So much so, that we intend to return next summer for a longer stay. This time we may try some of the excellent spa facilities.

Everything excelled our expectations.
